We ship worldwide. Orders ship within 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage (United States) or comparable carriers elsewhere.
For United States orders, shipping is included in the listed price. There are no additional charges at checkout.
For international orders, actual shipping cost is calculated and charged at checkout, based on destination.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where required by law.
The AI Pebble is a rock. It does not do anything. This is stated on the product page, at checkout, and on the box. A pebble that has been delivered and does nothing is a pebble that is working exactly as described, and is not eligible for return on the basis of doing nothing.
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible orders, which we honor. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item.
If your pebble arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will refund or replace it immediately. Send a note (with a photo, if it arrived damaged) and we will make it right. No forms. No arguing. It's a rock; we are not going to fight you about a rock.
The AI Pebble is not a toy. It contains small parts (specifically: it is a small part). Ages 14+. Do not give to young children or pets.
